E.W.o.T stands for European Wheel of Time meeting and cannot be eaten, alyhough the food served at E.W.o.T is always excellent.

Once upon a time there was bunch of fans who gathered for many many moons on a site called Pages of Prohecy, to share and exchange their thoughs and ideas in regards to Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time series. As intervalls between books stretched into endless periods of waiting and all theories were beaten as dead as a dead horse, people started to turn to getting to know each other better, and soon there were the first ideas about meeting in real life. Alas, the majority of the site members were based in the United States of America - consequently the meeting took place "over there", much to the dismay and disappointment of the growing European fraction.

So the plan was born to organize a get-together on the European continent as well - and the news was met with good response. Before long the "hard core" crazy bunch was establishend and - well, the rest is history.
